Legal/Disclaimer

Indemnification: The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Cards For a Good Cause/Forgotten Heroes Campaign Texas (C4gc/Fhct) from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages (including court and reasonable attorney fees) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against C4gc/Fhct on grounds alleging that C4gc/Fhct violates any copyrights or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or obscene or scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy other personal rights, except to the extent that C4gc/Fhct contributed to the matter. The customer agrees, at the customer’s own expense, to promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against C4gc/Fhct, provided that C4gc/Fhct shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto, and provided further that C4gc/Fhct shall give to the customer such reasonable time as the exigencies of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.

Shipping Information

The standard delivery time for these custom keepsakes is only two weeks from receipt of your order – which includes production time. We use USPS Shipments and Cards For a Good Cause prepays them. Customers may choose to pay the overnight airmail service provided by Federal Express, DHL and UPS but will need to supply account codes.

All standard deliveries for each of our products have a non-variable cost of $4.95. Excluding the puzzles whose price per piece is $4.95, the others can ship to the same physical address for $1.00 per good.
